- 1 Cup Of shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp of chopped parsley
Instructions to make Super crispy gluten-Free Keto Cheese Crackers.
- Melt mozzarella, cream cheese and cheddar in the oven.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix three kinds of melted cheese, parmesan cheese and almond flour.
- Stir this well until all combined.
- Set aside and chill for a few minutes.
- After dough chilled, add egg, Garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, parsley and salt.
- Mix this until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Get ready to bake…
- Ready two parchment papers same size as your baking tray.
- Lay one parchment paper on a flat surface, apply a thin layer of butter on the paper.
- Place the dough on the parchment paper, and place other paper on the dough.
- Spread the Keto cracker dough using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Spread this into a thin layer. Shape the corners using your hands.
- Now you can remove the parchment paper on the top.
- Use a cutter, a butter applied Knife, or a pizza cutter to cut keto crackers into square-shaped pieces.
- Place the Parchment paper with Crackers on the baking tray carefully.
- Bake the keto cheese crackers at 450 F for 6 minutes
- After 6 minutes, flip crackers and bake for another 8 minutes.
- Take out the crackers after 8 minutes and set aside for chill for a few minutes.
