  • 3tbsp all-purpose cream – 81 cal / 1.2g carb
  • 3tsp butter – 305 cal / 0g carb
  • 3tsp baking powder – 7 cal / 3.8g carb
  • 3 medium eggs – 63 cal / 0.3g carb
  • 8 packets of sweetener(each contains 3g)  – 27 cal / 7.3g carb
  • 7 cheddar cheese(cubic inch) – 481 cal / 3.7g carb

How to make Super Soft Low Carb Puto Cheese

Put coconut flour, all-purpose cream and baking powder into a bowl and mix well.

Melt the butter before use

Now add melted butter, eggs and sweetener into the above mixture and beat all together until it turns into a thick batter.

Pour the batter into suitable moulds and steam for 40 minutes.

Finally, Unmould and place the cheddar cheese cubes on top of the puto cheese
