  • 1 medium Egg – 63 cal/ 0.3g carb
  • 1/2 cup butter – 814 cal / 0.1g carb
  • 1/2 cup sweetener – 40g cal/ 11g carb
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract – 12 cal / 0.5g carb
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder – 2 cal / 1.3g carb
  • 1/4 tsp  salt – 0 cal/ 0g carb
  • 125g sugar-free raspberry preserves – 74 cl/ 37g carb

Set out the butter and cream cheese to soften before use

Now beat the Cream butter and cream cheese together until it gets smooth.

Add the sweetener to the mixture and beat until the mixture turns smooth.

Add eggs, vanilla baking powder, and salt and mix again.
