Ingredients, carb chocolate balls

  • 4 tablespoons of coconut flour – 152 cal / 18g carb
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut milk powder – 100cal / 4g carb
  • 30g of butter – 215cal / 0g carb
  • Dark chocolate 0% sugar 30g – 120cal / 18g carb
  • sweetener 10g – 0cal / 10g carb
  • Peanut 25g – 147cal / 5.3g carb

How to make low carb chocolate balls

Mix the coconut powder and Coconut milk powder well.

Add sweetener to the mixture and mix all together.

Add 15g (half of)melted butter and peanuts to it and make balls from the mixture.

Keep the balls in the deep-freezer for 10 minutes.

Okay, now you have to double boil the chocolate and 15 g of butter.
