For the Pizza Dough
- 400g of boneless chicken –
- 50g Mozzarella Cheese 100g
- 1 egg
- Italian Seasoning (optional)
- salt
- Garlic Powder 1/2 tbs
- 1/2tbs Stock Powder (Optional)
For Topping
- 100g of boiled chicken( chop into little pieces)
- 50g of chicken sausage
- 50g Mozzarella Cheese 100g
- 1/2 bellpepper
- 1 Tomato
- 2tbs of Tomato sauce
How To Prepare Low Carb Chicken & Sausage Pizza
mince the 400g of chicken in a blender
put the minced chicken into a bowl
Add Mozzarella Cheese, egg, Italian Seasoning, salt, Garlic Powder and Stock Powder And prepare the dough.
Preheat The Oven At 350 Degrees.
Spread a little amount of butter on the Baking Tray
Then put the dough into the baking tray and level the dough.
Bake this chicken dough For 10 Minute.
After 10 minutes take the baked pizza base out of the oven and Apply Tomato sauce on the Pizza Base.
And Add The sliced Bell Pepper, Tomato, Chopped Chicken and sausage as the topping.
Finally, Spread Mozzarella Cheese On To The Top And Bake In The Oven Again, Like 15/20 Minutes
