I am also a pizza lover. but I had to sacrificed my relationship with pizza for my diet plan. It was a nightmare until I found this keto pizza.

- 1 medium zucchini – 33cal/ 5.8g carb
- salt to taste -0cal/0g carb
- A small egg – 54 cal/ 0.g carb
- 50g of mozzarella cheese – 150cal/ 1.1g carb
- 1 Onion slice(1/4 of an onion) – 14 cal/ 3.2g carb
- 1 medium Tomato- 22cal / 4.8g carb
- Mushrooms 3 – 10 cal/ 1.9g carb
- 1 tablespoon of almond flour – 41cal/ 1.5g carb
- 50g of boiled chicken – 110 cal/ 0g carb
- bell pepper – 16cal/ 3.8 carb
- 1 tablespoon of Tomato paste – 13 cal / 3g carb
How to prepare keto pizza.
Clean the zucchini and Great it and Squeeze out the water.
Add egg, salt, and half of the mozzarella cheese to grated zucchini and mix well.
Finally, add almond and mix all together.
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees.
pour the mixture into a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.
