I used cornstarch as the thickener in this chocolate chip cookies recipe. If you like it gluten-free, you can use xanthan gum instead. Also If you do not prefer almond flour, you can substitute coconut flour. the ratio is,
1 cup of almond flour = 1/3 Cup of coconut flour + 1.5 tablespoons of psyllium husk
But, Remember using coconut flour as a substitute will give a better taste, and also it increases the carb level of your cookie. Therefore count carbs and calories before use coconut flour.
If you are not a blueberry fan, you can avoid blueberries too.

How to make Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies
Melt the butter first
Smash blueberries using a fork
And remember to Preheat the oven at 350F.
Okay lets start
Lay a parchment paper on a large baking tray.
In a large bowl, Beat monk fruit sweetener, melted butter, vanilla extract and the egg until all mixed well.
Now add almond flour, baking powder, xanthan gum and salt. Be careful when adding salt if you used salted butter it also has salt in it.
Mix all for few minutes.
Finally, add sugar-free chocolate chips and Mashed Blueberries, fold in nicely using a spatula.
Then form cookie dough into balls.
Place these cookie balls on the baking tray.
Remember to place them a few inches apart from each other.
Now Bake them for 10 minutes. Don’t over bake.
