Instructions to make Easy Keto Egg Roll In A Bowl For Three
Season the ground chicken or turkey using garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and sesame oil.
In a frying pan, fry bacon and add seasoned meat after a few minutes.
Fry this until the meat gets brown—no need to add oil because we already added sesame oil to season it, and bacon grease is enough to fry all.
When meat cooked well, separate the fried chicken/turkey and bacon from the grease.
Now you can see there; grease is left on the pan. Don’t remove it. It is the best part and secret of this recipe!
Lets make the sauce,
Add one tablespoon of sesame oil into the frying pan and mix with the grease. Heat it a few seconds.
