But should I give up on my soul food? Nah… Never!
I found an alternative to make pasta. I would love to share it with you!

Ingredients For Creamy Keto Pasta :
- 2 eggs – 143 cal/0.7g carb
- 20g cream cheese – 70cal/1.1g carb
- 30g Mozzarella Cheese – 90cal/0.7g carb
- salt to taste – 0 cal/ 0g carb
For White sauce,
- 1 tablespoon of coconut flour – 38cal/ 2g carb
- 1 garlic clove – 4cal/1g carb
- 1 tablespoon of butter – 102cal/ 0g carb
- 100ml milk – 51 cal/5g carb
- 20g parmesan cheese – 84cal/ 2.8g carb
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper – 3 cal/ 0.7g carb
- salt to taste – 0 cal/0g carb
How to Make creamy Keto pasta
Let’s make Pasta,
Melt the mozzarella cheese.
Blend the 2 eggs, mozzarella and cream cheese well.
add salt to taste and mix all together
Take a baking tray and apply a thin layer of butter on it
pour the mixture into the tray
Preheat the oven 180 degrees and bake the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes
Take the baked mixture out and cut strips by using a knife. Or you can even use a cutter to make shapes as I did.
Your Keto pasta is now ready. it contains only 3g of carbs.
How to make the white sauce,
While pasta is cooking, melt butter in a medium saucepan.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute over medium heat.
Add coconut flour and cook for an additional minute stirring constantly.
Now add milk and stirring constantly.
Cook until sauce boils and get thick.
Finally, add parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Stir until cheese has melted.
Now both Keto pasta and white sauce is ready. Mix them together and serve before sauce gets cold.
