  • 3 tablespoons of almond flour – 112 cal / 4.5g carb
  • 2 eggs – 143 cal / 0.7g carb
  • Tablespoon of coconut flour – 38 cal / 4.5g carb
  • Tablespoon of olive oil – 119 cal / 0g carb
  • Tablespoon of flaxseed – 49 cal / 2.6g

How to prepare Almond Flour Bread,

Add 2 eggs to a bowl and mix well.

Add almond flour and coconut flour to it and mix all well.

Now add a little baking powder and mix again.

Finally, add olive oil and flaxseed to the mixture.

Bake for 3 minutes in the high heat in the microwave.
