- 500g chicken tenders( 1 Pound)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 Tsp Oregano powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup crushed pork rinds
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese powder
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
Instructions to make Air Fried Keto Crispy Chicken Tenders. (No-Bake)
- In an average-sized mixing bowl, beat two eggs and add almond flour, 1/2 tsp of salt, and make a thick batter.
- In a relatively flat tray or a plate mix oregano, crushed pork rinds, garlic powder, chilli powder, pepper, and 1/2 tsp of salt.
- Melt the butter and spray air fryer frying basket with butter.
- Now dip chicken tenders in the batter and roll in pork rinds and seasoning mixture.
- Use a fork to roll in chicken tenders in the seasonings, or you will have messy hands.
- Place tenders in the air-fryer basket and spray them with melted butter.
- Cook chicken tenders at 350F for 15 minutes.
- If you like them more crispy, raise temperature to 400F and cook another 2 minutes.
- Serve with Big Mac sauce/ Ranch or Blue cheese dip.
- I prefer the blue cheese dip rather than ranch or big mac sauce.

It is simple,
- pre-heat the oven at 350F.
- Lay a baking sheet on a large baking tray.
- Spray tray with better.
- Place the prepared chicken tenders one by one on the tray.
- Spray chicken tenders with butter again.
- Bake it for 20-30 minutes.
